Each prayer (5–6 minutes in length) follows the same simple format, opening with a sung Invitation to Prayer, followed by a spoken psalm, a reading with sung Response and one of two sung canticles ("Canticle of Zechariah" or "Canticle of Mary"). Next, come the Prayers of Intercession with a sung Prayer Response, before closing with "May God bless and keep us."
